For orders shipped in the Netherlands €6,95 is charged
For orders shipped to Belgium €9,50 is charged
For orders shipped to Luxembourg, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark and Austria €12,50 is charged

For orders over €99 shipping is free

All products are handmade and might need some additional production time. In general orders are prepared for shipping within 48 hours.

Once your package has been registered with one of our carriers, you can track your order using the track & trace code you receive by email. Shipping typically takes  1-2 business days.

Each item is carefully and securely packaged to help ensure it arrives in perfect condition. While we take every precaution to prevent damage during transit, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll be happy to help

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return one or more items, please send your order back within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
The return costs are at your own expense

If you have accidentally placed an order twice or have changed your mind, please contact us within 30 minutes. We will try to cancel the order for you and the purchase amount will be automatically refunded using the same payment method.
