Return policy

We want you to love our handmade products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return one or more items, please send your order back within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Because each item is handmade, slight variations are natural and not considered defects.

Take your package to a post office within 3 business days of registering your return. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within a few business days to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.
Please note that we cannot investigate a missing package without proof of return. If you are returning by shipment, the track & trace code serves as proof of return.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
